To provide a system and a method for fastening a conveying device to a suspension bar to overcome defects of a known device.

An assembly is provided to fasten a conveying device of a cableway system such as a cabin 2 on a suspension bar 1. A traveling mechanism 11, a coupling clamp 12 to be interacted with a conveying or traction cable 10 of the cableway system, and a guide roller 15 are formed on an upper end part of the suspension bar. The cabin has a supporting device 21 on its upper end, and the cabin is hinge-joined with a lower end part of the suspension bar in such a manner of pivotably turning in the sectional direction of the conveying or traction cable. The hinge joining of the cabin onto the lower end of the suspension bar is arranged with a certain distance in the sectional direction with respect to the conveying or traction cable by two links 3, 4 extending upwardly in an inclined manner. Free ends of the links are articulation-joined with the supporting device and the lower end part of the suspension bar.
