Title:
ASSEMBLY JIG FOR LINEAR BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3409632
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of nonconformity due to the deformation of a sectional form in the case where, in a linear body assembling jig used for binding various kinds of linear bodies in combination, another linear body is attachedly bundled with a linear body to be bundled by preventing a local force from acting on the above another linear body for preventing the large deformation of the sectional form of the above another linear body.
SOLUTION: A U-shaped jig 11 is equipped with a U-shaped part 13 for bundle holding a plural pieces of electric wires 1 and an I-shaped part 15 for supporting tube piping 2 at a position enclosed with the bundled electric wires 1, and the U-shaped part 13 and the I-shaped part 15 are provided with taking out ports 14, 16 opened upward so as to be able to remove the electric wires 1 and the tube piping 2 only by raising them upward. This formation makes it possible that the electric wires are bonded and assembled in a state where the electric wires 1 surrounds the periphery of the tube piping 2, and the tube piping 2 can be prevented from the large deformation of sectional form due to local force.
