Abstract:
To provide an assembly jig capable of easily and accurately aligning a bracket and a bearing holder, and a method for manufacturing a motor using the same.SOLUTION: An assembly jig 60 includes a bracket side surface abutting section 61 for abutting on an inner surface of a front bracket 12 and a holder abutting section 65 abutting on an inner surface of a front bearing holder 14. With such a configuration, it is possible to accurately align the front bracket 12 and the front bearing holder 14 with each other in a radial direction, and to accurately prescribe a position of a stator assembly 58 and a rotor assembly 59 in a motor 10 to be manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
