PURPOSE: To support the generation of an efficient allocation work order by means of considering machine type switching on a main assembly line and the appropriate allocation of workers.
CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with an assembly order decision device 2 deciding an assembly order by considering the assembly workability of parts at the time of assembling a product on the line where automatic machines and the workers are mixed, a work order decision device 3 deciding the work order for the assembly order and a work allocation device 4 distributing work by considering workability from worker information to the work order. Thus, the generation of the efficient allocation work order by considering machine type switching and the appropriate allocation of the workers are supported.
