Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading means to load rubber strips in a compact manner on a loading surface, prevent the occurrence of a entanglement of the strips, achieve a high loading ratio, and dissolve a synchronizing problem through simple method, and to provide a strip stacker and an assembly.
SOLUTION: A stacker 2 comprises a loading unloading mechanism having a pair of conveyor belts 8 and 8' to convey vertically convey between a feed conveyor 7 and an unloading end 6; and a feed conveyor 7 to convey the strip 5 to the mechanism. A loading means 3 varies and regulates a distance between an unloading end 6 and a loading surface 4. The mechanism reciprocates the unloading end in one direction along a loading surface. The stacker 2 has a means to move the output end of the feed conveyor 7 across the transfer direction.
