PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an assembly time required for integrally assembling a roller and a holder.SOLUTION: An assembly device of a thrust bearing includes: a roller supply member (33) configured to supply a plurality of rollers to be inserted into a plurality of pockets, to a plurality of roller extraction parts (32), the roller extraction parts having the same arrangement form as the pockets; a roller holding member (42) configured to hold the rollers in the arrangement form without any change, the rollers positioned at the roller extraction parts (32); a movement member (10) configured to move at least one of the roller holding member and a holder in order to make the held rollers opposite to the pocket respectively; and a press-in tool (52) configured to press each roller into each corresponding opposite pocket.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
