Abstract:
To provide an assembly method of a ring gear and a flange capable of fixing with sufficient strength while preventing deformation.SOLUTION: A ring gear 10 includes an inner peripheral taper surface 18 inclining to the inner diameter side from the outer diameter side in the direction toward the other end part 10d from one end part 10c on an inner peripheral wall 10a, and a recess part 20 recessed to the outer diameter side. A flange 12 includes a linear part 22 extending radially, a first corner part 24 turning from the radial direction to the axial direction, and a second corner part 26 turning from the axial direction to the radial direction on an outer peripheral part 12b, and on an outer peripheral end surface 22a of the linear part 22, an outer peripheral taper surface 28 is provided inclining to the inner diameter side from the outer diameter side of the flange 12 toward a fitting direction C1 of the flange 12 with respect to the ring gear 10. By sliding the outer peripheral taper surface 28 of the flange 12 with the inner peripheral taper surface 18 of the ring gear 10 and allowing it to ride over the inner peripheral taper surface 18, the linear part 22 of the flange 12 is fitted in the recess part 20 of the ring gear 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
