Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure for a brush roll which can conduct an installation and an exchange of a channel brush simply and quickly and can secure enough required installation strength. SOLUTION: When plural channel brushes are installed at an outer periphery of a cylindrical roll toward a direction of a roll axis in a line so that the channel brush can be put on and taken off, a strip piece-shaped mounting member 3 is fixed at plural parts of the back of a channel 1 which constitutes the channel brushes in a state of which the mounting member 3 is projected from one side of a side end of the back and a flush head bolt 30 which is inserted and engaged with a bolt aperture which is provided at a projecting part of the mounting member 3 is stopped at the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical roll 101 spirally. The channel brushes bond neighboring channel brushes each other by installing two kinds of the channel brushes whose installation positions of an installation member 3 are off the positions each other.
