PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive-free assembly system that can fix a component made of a material having no plastic region to a member made of a ductile material such as plain metal or alloyed metal.SOLUTION: In an assembly system 1 having a staff rod 2, a shoulder part 4 and a member 3 made of a first material, the staff rod 2 of the member 3 is accepted into an aperture of a component 5 made of a second material having no or small plastic regions. The assembly system 1 has a rock element 9 formed of a third material configured to permit elastic fitting of the component 5 between the shoulder part 4 of the member 3 and the rock element 9. In order to fix the assembly of the member 3-the component 5-the rock element 9, the rock element 9 has a washer, which has a conical face with an inner wall for grasping the staff rod 2 of the member 3 inward in the radial direction, and a peripheral part of the rock element 9 for giving an elastic force in a radial direction perpendicular to the shoulder part 4 of the member 3.
