The one label base material 10 includes an attachment part 11 to be attached to the article 20A, a flatly foldable three-dimensional display part 12 which is folded along folding lines 14a-14c and protruded toward the front side in an attached state to the article, and a flatly foldable support part 15 which is extended to and engagingly locked by the reverse side of the three-dimensional display part, and folded along a folding line 14g.
