Abstract:
A device for assembling and welding an electric parking brake for automobiles including a frame, in which a transfer mechanism is arranged on the frame and provided with an accessory. A clamp and turn mechanism, a suction and place mechanism, a positioning and sensing mechanism, a YZ movable assembly, and an ultrasonic welding device are arranged in sequence on the transfer mechanism. The ultrasonic welding device includes a welding feeding and holding mechanism and an ultrasonic welding machine. The fixture has a body site and a vertical top deck site. The YZ movable assembly includes a Y-axis movable module and a Z-axis movable module, in which the welding feeding and clamping mechanism is in sliding connection with the Z-axis movable module, the ultrasonic welder is locates to one side of the movable module on the Y-axis, and the positioning and detection mechanism is located below the movable module on the Y-axis. With the adoption of the technical solution of the invention, the automatic mounting and welding of a product and a top cover, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the uniformity and qualification grades of the products are improved.
