Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist handrail that hardly interferes with a movement such as rising and walking as compared with a conventional assist handrail.SOLUTION: An assist handrail 20 includes a base 30, a support part 40 erected on the base 30 and a grip part 50 attached to the support part 40. The grip part 50 includes two grip members (a first grip member 51 and a second grip member 52). Each of the two grip members (the first grip member 51 and the second grip member 52) is attached to the support part 40 at two places in the vertical direction of the support part 40, and is rotatably attached to the support part 40 with the support part 40 being a rotation axis.
