The assistant device mounting structure is used for mounting an assistant device that has a control device 40 to be connected to a control device 20 of a vehicle and assists an occupant by being controlled by both control devices 20, 40. The assistant device 50 is freely attachably/detachably mounted to an article storage part 2 on the upper surface 1J of an instrument panel 1 via an intermediate member 30. A connecting means 60 for electrically connecting both control devices 20, 40 to each other is provided on the article storage part 2, the intermediate member 30, and the assistant device 50 respectively.
