Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assisted self-propelled carriage that mounts hospital equipment and is moved on a plane floor by assist operation.SOLUTION: An assisted self-propelled carriage 10 comprises a carriage frame 14 for unilaterally mounting a portion or all of hospital equipment 12 in a fixed state, and at least two sphere drive modules 16, 17 provided in the carriage frame 14 through a force sensor 15. The sphere modules 16, 17 each comprise a sphere 18, first and second driving wheels 49, 50 perpendicular in the vertical center position of the sphere 18 and coming into contact from XY directions, a first adjustable ball bearing mechanism 21 being at the side opposite to the first and second driving wheels 49, 50 and receiving reaction force of the first and second driving wheels 49, 50, and a second adjustable ball bearing mechanism 22 being in the top position of the sphere 18 and receiving a load applied on the sphere 18. Control means is provided which detects a force component in the XY direction of the assist operation of the hospital equipment 12 and a moment weight of the Z-direction circumference by the force sensor 15, and moves the sphere drive modules 16, 17 to the assist moving direction.
