The objective asymmetric dioxazine compound is expressed by formula I [T1 and T2 are each H, Cl, Br, a lower alkyl, a lower alkoxy or the like; A1 is a lower alkyl, a lower alkoxy or the like; A2 is H, a lower alkyl, a lower alkoxy or the like; R is H or a lower alkyl; Z is a fiber reactive group of pyrimidine-type, quinoxaline-type or triazine-type group selected from formula II (X1 is a halogen or the like; X2 is a halogen, OH or the like), etc.], in the form of a free acid, e.g. the compound of formula III. The compound of formula I can be produced e.g. by condensing a dioxazine base of formula IV, a compound of formula H-X' (X' is same as X1, etc., excluding halogen) and a compound of formula H-Y' (Y' is same as X2, etc., excluding halogen), etc., to a 2,4,6-trihalogeno-s-triazine.
