Abstract:
To provide an asymmetric membrane excellent in hole characteristic, having fine holes of a nano-micron level on the surface and excellent in flexibility and heat resistance.
The asymmetric membrane comprises a cyclic olefin polymer obtained by addition-polymerizing a monomer composition containing a siloxane functional cyclic olefin represented by formula (1). In the formula, R1 each independently represents a 1-12C alkyl group and/or a 6-10C aryl group, X represents a predetermined siloxy group, a represents an integer of 1-3, and b represents an integer of 0-2.
