To provide a pneumatic run-flat tire constituted so as to cancel the warp in the negative direction applied to the tire.
The tire is cured in an asymmetric mold, and the tire has an asymmetric contour with respect to an equatorial plane EP. The inboard side I of the tire has a contour of small roundness of a shoulder S by the radius of curvature which is continuously smaller from the equatorial plane EP to the shoulder S. The outboard side O has a contour of large roundness of the shoulder S by fiver or less radii of curvature which is smaller from the equatorial plane EP to a shoulder S'. The maximum width Ws of the inboard side I is larger than the maximum width Ws' of the outboard side O. The height A in the radial direction from the equatorial plane EP to a part of the maximum width Ws of the inboard part I is smaller than the height A' in the radial direction from the equatorial plane EP to the part of the maximum width Ws' of the outboard side O. The part of the inboard side I is softer than the part of the outboard side O of the tire.
