Abstract:
To provide a small AT-cut resonator having a superior CI (crystal impedance) value characteristic at a low frequency.
The AT-cut resonator, in which a resonating piece 1 has corners of an R-chamfering shape and an end of X direction of a C-chamfering shape is used, so that especially the CI value characteristic can be improved.
