Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve jumping power and balance sense while maintaining interest by bending a main shaft while being on a saddle and holding a handle with both hands and jumping by combining the deflection restoration force of the main shaft and the jumping power of a grounded one foot. CONSTITUTION: The saddle 4 is equipped through a spherical joint at the upper end of the main shaft 1 of fiber reinforced plastic or the like provided with high elasticity and the handle 6 to be held with both hands is connected to the saddle 4. A shaft leg tool 7 is disposed to the lower end of the main shaft 1 and a pedal 9 connected by a spring 10 is attached to the shaft leg tool 7. Then, the main shaft is bent while being on the saddle and holding the handle with both hands and jumping is performed by combining the deflection restoration force of the main shaft and the jumping power of the grounded one foot. By repeating a series of playing operations by using this exercise playing tool, the bending and stretching exercise of the whole body, leg strength and the balance sense are improved. Also, since it is performed while maintaining the interest and fun, it contributes to the health improvement of young people.
