CONSTITUTION: This athletic stairs is provided with a holding means 28 retaining a tread lest the tread 18a slides even when one of feet is put on the tread 18a and a regulating means 30 sliding the stairs 18 by every specified distance and stopping the stairs when the other foot is put on another tread 18b.
