PURPOSE: To obtain an atmospheric latent heat recovery type air conditioner system in which the latent heat of the atmosphere is recovered, and cooling is conducted in winter or intermediate season having low atmospheric temperature in the system which needs the cooling through the year.

CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner system circulates cooling water via a cooling water line 8 between a refrigerator or a hot and chilled water generator 1 and a cooling tower 7 and circulates chilled water for cooling manufactured by the refrigerator or the generator 1 to a load side unit 17 via a chilled water line 15 to cool. Accordingly, an atmospheric latent heat recovery type air conditioner system connects cooling water supply bypass tube 21 between the cooling water return tube 4 of the line 8 and the chilled water supply tube 12 to the unit 17 via switching valves 18, 19, 20, and connects a cooling water return bypass tube 25 between the refrigerator or the generator 1 and a cooling water outlet tube 5 via switching valves 22, 23, 24.
