Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomizer capable of forming raw material mist with high stability and accurately maintaining the accuracy of mist formation of the raw material mist.SOLUTION: In an atomization container 1 for storing a raw material solution 2, a mist injection port 34O and a raw material solution suction port 35I of a double-fluid spray nozzle 3 are placed into in an in-solution nozzle state in which they are soaked in the raw material solution 2. The raw material solution 2 that has been supplied from the raw material solution suction port 35I and passed through a liquid flow passage 35 and mist-forming gas G2 that has passed through a gas flow passage 34 are mixed in a mixing area 36 immediately below the mist injection port 34O. Raw material mist generated by forming the raw material solution 2 into mist is formed by injecting the mixed raw material solution 2 and mist-forming gas G2 from the mist injection port 34O .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
