Title:
THERMAL POWER REGULATING MECHANISM AT THE TIME OF IGNITING GAS APPLIANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3128469
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a thermal power regulating mechanism at the time of igniting a gas appliance capable of preventing the ignition of a burner by large thermal power with a simple structure and preventing the increases of manufacturing cost and mounting space.
CONSTITUTION: This thermal power regulating mechanism 300 at the time of igniting comprises a gas channel 11 for supplying fuel gas to a burner to pass the gas from many gas passage holes 72 when the front and rear pressure difference is a predetermined value or more or to pass the gas from one gas passage hole 84 when the difference is the predetermined value or less. The mechanism 300 also comprises a plug 70 formed with the many holes 72 to block the channel 11, and a cover 8 mounted movably in a predetermined range at the plug 70 to block the holes 72 by pushing it to the plug 70 to pass the gas from the one hole 84 when the difference is the predetermined value or more or to pass the gas from a large flow rate valve port by separating it from the plug 70 when the difference is the predetermined value or less.
