Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomization mixer of fluid capable of cutting, atomizing and mixing a plurality of fluids, and performing mixing and emulsification of high quality fluid which has a particle size of mixed fluid of 1 μm or less and is not separated for a long time, in large amount and at a low cost.SOLUTION: An atomization mixer of fluid includes: a fluid supply part 2 which supplies a plurality of fluids from one end of a tube body 1 having a fluid channel; an atomization mixing part 3 which is provided on an inner part of the tube body 1 and performs atomization mixing of fluid; and a fluid discharge part 5 which is provided on the other end of the tube body 1 and discharges fluid after atomization mixing of fluid. Therein, fluid pressurized and supplied from the fluid supply part 2 is caused to come into collision with filling material of metal wire or plastic wire in the atomization mixing part 3, is cut at an acute angle of the filling material, the plurality of fluids are atomized by resonance vibration due to collision of the filling material, fluids are repeatedly caused to come into collision with each other and are mixed when the plurality of atomized fluids pass through a large number of spaces which are included by the filling material, and mixing and emulsification of the plurality of fluids are continuously performed in large amount and at a low cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
