Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional device for atomizing a solvent by oscillation is not configured to confirm malfunction or false detection of a circuit or an element itself for detecting that a liquid remaining amount is running low.SOLUTION: An atomization solvent discharge device is operatively controlled according to a normality confirmation part executed by a microcomputer. If it is determined that liquid remains after detection of existence of a solvent (Yes at #4), then, the device causes a liquid detection circuit to artificially be a non-liquid state (#6), and actuates a liquid detection sensor. If it is determined that liquid does not remain (No at #7), the device causes the liquid detection circuit to be a normal state (#8). After #6 to #8 is repeated for a plurality of times (#9), if there is abnormality in at least one of the liquid detection circuit and the liquid detection sensor (Yes at #9), the device notifies that there is the abnormality (#10).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
