PURPOSE: To obtain an atomizing apparatus for pest control, etc., which is easy to handle by arranging air ducting outer shell and inner shell in a case, interposing air deflecting profiles therebetween to provide a channel for the air taken in by a fan and arranging a swirling stream nozzle and a compressor forming a spraying air intake port in the active substance outflow aperture in the inner shell.

CONSTITUTION: The air ducting outer shell 2 (hereafter described as the outer shell) and the air ducting inner shell 20 (hereafter described as the inner shell) are arranged in the case 4 to form the air channel 18 between both, where the air deflecting profiles 24, 28 are interposed. The inflow section 6 of the outer shell 2 is provided with the fan 8 to take the air into the channel 18. The compressor 40 mounted with the swirling stream nozzle 50 is disposed at the front end of the inner shell and the annular inflow port 43 is formed to enclose the active substance outflow aperture 34 arranged with the swirling stream nozzle 50. The compressor 50 takes in the air from this inflow port 42 and atomizes and diffuses the active substance from the swirling stream nozzle 50. The active substance is sprayed by the air sent from the fan 8.
