To find out an effective inhibitor against adhesion of leukocyte from plants mainly consisting of crude drugs which seldom show adverse drug reactions and to provide it as a medicine, a quasi-drug, a cosmetic and a food capable of using for a long period of time.
This invention relates to the preventive or therapeutic agent against IV type allergy and atopic dermatitis, the cosmetic and the food composition which include one or more than two kinds of plants selected from Chrysanthemum morifolium flower, Terminalia chebula fruit, Morus bombycis fiuit, Geum japonicum, Arctostaphylos uvaursi, Dioscorea tokoro, Rosa hybrida, Cuminum cyminum and Eugenia caryophillata or at least one kind of Solidago Virga-aurea, Polygala tenuifolia root, Dianthus chinensis, Platycodon grandiflorum root, Calendula arvensis (pot marigold), Capsicum annum (red pepper), Anemarrhena asphodeloides rhizome, Humulus lupulus and Lonicera japonica as active ingredients.
