An attache case is constituted by frame members 50 of nearly an L-shape in section having grooves 51 on both side parts for connecting a main case body 10 and a cover body 20, right-angled three-way connectors 60, open periphery frame members 70 of a nearly U-shaped in section for directing the grooves 71 toward a rear part 11 or a front part 21, a rectangular parallelepiped body side frame 101 and a cover side frame 102 connected by right-angled three-way connectors 80. The body side frame 101 and the cover side frame 102 are fitted by fitting the peripheral parts of respective plate materials inside the grooves 51, 71. Then, either one or both of the rear part 11 of the plate material and the front part 21 are made to be transparent plate materials.
