This device is an attaching device for a plate-shaped body which joins a plate-shaped body 1 such as an any-shaped glass plate to an any-shaped structure 3 at an optional space through a plurality of attaching devices. This attaching mechanism has a sphere receiving part (a); a sphere (b) oscillatably joined to the sphere receiving part (a); and a bolt (c) unitedly joined to the sphere (b). Each sphere (b) is arranged at a position where distances L2, L1 between the center of the sphere (b) and the structure are constant on the other hand, the sphere receiving part (a) or the end of the bolt (c) are joined to the plate-shaped body 1 as a distance between the center of each sphere (b) and the inside of the plate-shaped body 1 is regulated.
