Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching device which improves attachment stability when a CCD camera, etc., is attached to a notebook-sized personal computer, etc.
SOLUTION: A CCD camera 12 is attached to the upper part of a device body 11 with tilt adjustable. A bottom plate 22 is provided on the bottom of the body 11, supporting the bottom at a top side plane 21 of a display 13 in its open state of a notebook-sized personal computer. A front plate (locking part) 23 that engages the front of the display 13 that is perpendicular to the plate 22 is formed. A leg part (pressuring part) 25 that engages the rear of the display 13 is provided at an arm 24 that is energized on the front plate 23 by a twisting coil spring in the body 11, and moved with a parallel attitude against the plate 23.
