An attaching device 10 for attaching a camera device 120 to a base panel 130, which can be inserted at its one end in a hole formed in the base panel 130 from one side surface 130a of the latter, and which can be attached thereto at its the other end with the camera device 120, comprises a first pipe 20, a pawl part 21 formed on the first pipe 20 at least at one position on one end side thereof, adapted to be engaged with the other side surface 130b, and a second pipe 40 for holding the pawl part 21 against the other side surface 130b of the base panel 130 in a locking condition when the one end part of the attaching device 10 is inserted into the hole formed in the base panel 130.
