Abstract:
PURPOSE: To dispense with a bar wood and reduce manhours, by a method in which the open side of a sink is made to abut to the rear of the couter board, around the edge of the opening of the board, a moding tool is put over them, and resin is injected and filled into the tool, thereby bonding the sink to the counter board by means of a bonding resin-layer.
CONSTITUTION: An opening 2 to which a sink 3 is fixed is made in a counter board 1, and onto the rear of the counter board 1 a sink 3 is placed with its opening facing down. Then, from the rear of the counter board 1, a molding tool 4 composed of a metal mold is set over the external surface of the sink 3 so as to surround the external surface of the sink 3. In the molding tool 4, a recess 4a for forming a bonding resin-layer is made, and resin 5 such as urethane resin is injected and filled into the molding recess 4a from an injection opening 16 and hardened. Thus, by forming the resin 5, the bonding resin-layer 6, which continues to exist from the rear of the counter board 1 to the external surface of the sink 3, is made. Therefore, because the bonding resin-layer 6 is made by the use of the molding tool 4, this dispense with a bar wood for stopping the flow of the resin 5.
