PURPOSE: To make it possible for any body to attach easily and simply a wedge to an anchor body in a short time without any demand for any special skill and without any fear of dropping when mounting the wedge to the anchor body into which PC steel materials are inserted.

CONSTITUTION: While an anchor body 1 is held at the tip of a PC material 3, a whole wedge 2 is inserted into a taper hole 1b between the PC steel materials 3 and the anchor body 1 to a shallow depth. After the Insertion, both are moved to a specified position simultaneously while the wedge and the anchor body 1 are arranged to keep their relative position and the wedge 2 is thrust into the taper hole simultaneously.
