To provide an attaching structure of an airbag for a vehicle which improves a supporting form of the airbag with respect to a steering member and an instrument panel, enables accomplishment of miniaturization and weight reduction of the airbag and its peripheral structure, and can improve productivity.

The attaching structure of the airbag for the vehicle has a first supporting member 3 and a second supporting member 5. The first supporting member supports the airbag 2 to the steering member 1, and the second supporting member supports the airbag to the instrument panel 4. In this case, a fastener member 6 which has a first supporting part and a second supporting part integrally is formed, and the fastener member is attached to the airbag. Then the airbag is supported to the steering member by the first supporting part, and is supported to the instrument panel by the second supporting part. Then the steering member and the instrument panel are connected to each other by the fastener member.
