The lower end section 9 of a goal post 7 is inserted and buried in a pair of right and left fixing holes 11 which are dug at specified locations on the ground. A supporting pipe 10 is inserted and fixed in the fixing hole 11. In the meantime, a regulating mechanism 27 which is vertically movable is fixed to the lower end section 9 of the goal post 7. The regulating mechanism 27 is equipped with a cylindrical regulating thread 30 and an annular regulating nut 31. In this case, the regulating thread 30 is fitted and fixed on the lower end section 9 of the goal post 7, and has a male thread section 30a on the outer peripheral surface. Then, on the inner peripheral surface of the regulating nut 31, a female thread section 31a which is screwed with the male thread section 30a is formed. The outer peripheral side 32 of the regulating nut 31 is loaded on a flange section 29 at the upper end section of the supporting pipe 10.
