To provide attaching structure of electronic appratus for a vehicle capable of surely grounding electronic apparatus for a vehicle without lowering space efficiency nor increasing manufacturing costs.
First and second attaching members 17a and 17b, provided in respective housings 16 for two electronic apparatuses 12a and 12b for a vehicle and which function as grounding terminals of circuits inside each of the electronic apparatus 12a and 12b for a vehicle, are overlapped with each other, and a screw member 24 is passed through the second attaching member 17b from the first attaching member 17a toward the attaching part 11 to attach respective electronic apparatuses 12a and 12b for a vehicle to the attaching part 11. The first attaching member 17a is formed with a claw 26 to be directly brought in contact with the second attaching member 17b without passing through a plating layer 21 formed in a surface of the second attaching member 17b by pushing force applying from the first attaching member 17a to the second attaching member 17b by fastening the screw member 24.
