To provide an attachment bracket for sunlight shielding device, by which the warpage of a frame body supported between attachment surfaces is prevented and the frame body is supported between the attachment surfaces by a normally fixed pressing force.

A temporary fixing shaft 2 is supported retractably at one end of the frame body 1 and energized in a projecting direction from the frame body 1 by a temporary fixing energizing means 9. A pressing shaft 11 is projected at the other end of the frame body 1 and is energized in the projecting direction from the frame body 1 by pressing means 11, 13, 14, 15 and 18. The temporary fixing shaft 3 is provided with positioning means 5 and 6 for obstructing the shaft 3 from being retracted into the frame body 1 when the pressing shaft 11 is energized and operated by the pressing means.
