In an attachment device of a clutch cable 13, a cylindrical member 22 attached so that the clutch cable 13 penetrates through the cylindrical member includes: a large diameter part 23 composed of elastic material; and small diameter parts 24, 25 each having a diameter smaller than the large diameter part 23, and respectively extending in an axial direction of the clutch cable 13 from both end surfaces of the large diameter part 23. A bracket 27 for supporting the cylindrical member 22 has a pair of regulation walls 32, 33 for sandwiching both end surfaces of the large diameter part 23 in the axial direction of the clutch cable 13, and the regulation walls 32, 33 have recessed groove parts 36, 37 whose upper parts are opened respectively. The large diameter part 23 is pushed into between the pair of regulation walls 32, 33, and the small diameter parts 24, 25 are fitted into the recessed groove parts 36, 37, thereby the cylindrical member is held.
