To eliminate the need of screwing work thereby facilitating an attachment work of a television camera and to prevent the detachment of a holding member of a television camera from an attachment base.

An attachment device of a television camera comprises an attachment base 30 which is attached on a ceiling surface or a wall surface and a television camera holding member 32 which is fixed to this attachment base 30. The attachment base 30 has a small column part 34 which is smaller than the surface of the attachment base 30, a projecting piece 36 on both ends in the direction of a diameter of the column part 34, and a projecting part 38 is provided on a surface of an attachment base 30 in an outside direction of these projecting pieces 36. The television camera holding member 32 has a circular hole 40 to which the column part of the attachment base 30 is fit, and is provided with a circular ring base part 42 having a notch part 44 to which the projecting piece 36 of the attachment base 30 is fit, an arm part 46 for holding a television camera main body on both ends in the diameter direction of the circular ring base part 42a and a notch groove 48 with which the projecting part 38 of the attachment base 30 provided on the outside of the surface on the side of the attachment base 30 of the circular ring base part 42.
