To provide an attachment and a drum can disposal machine which accomplish the disposal of drum cans by a simple operation while enabling the disposal of the drum cans on a site without requiring large-scale equipment.

A frame 15 is mounted on a bracket 13 mounted on a working arm of a working machine by a swing device 14. The frame 15 is provided with a pair of grabbers 21 and 22 freely openable by a hydraulic cylinder 25. Cutters 23 and 24 are installed outside the grabbers 21 and 22. The grabbers 21 and 22 are inserted into the drum can 31 and the pair of grabbers 21 and 22 are opened by the operation of the hydraulic cylinder 25 to cut open the drum can 31 by the cutters 23 and 24.
