Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of the fitting work by fitting an attachment to the outer edge of a lighting window, which is formed of plural glass blocks, and providing a fitting groove in a frame of an opening part of a framework, and adjusting dimension with the attachment at the time of fitting.
CONSTITUTION: Plural glass blocks 3 are assembled in the vertical direction and the lateral direction so as to form a lighting part (window) 2, and an attachment 10, which is made of the material at a thickness as same as the thickness of the glass block 3 and which has the hollow square cross section, is fitted to the outer edge of the lighting part 2. A frame 4 to be installed in an opening part A of a framework is provided with a fitting groove 5, in which the end of the attachment 10 is inserted for fixation. In the case where an error of dimension is caused at the time of fitting the lighting part 2 to the frame 4, the error is absorbed between the attachment 10 and the fitting groove 5, and the lighting part 2 is accurately fitted to the frame 4. Appearance of the attachment 10 is designed so as to be looked as a part of the frame 4, and the generation of uncomfortableness is eliminated. The lighting part 2 is thereby efficiently fitted.
