To provide an attachment for placing concrete which can be introduced to a desired part in a mold form without being affected as much as possible by a bar arrangement situation in the mold form.

The tubular attachment A is attached to a terminal Ha of a top end hose H which constitutes a pressure-feeding line of ready-mixed concrete C. One pipe end A' is made to be a connecting part 1 with the hose terminal Ha and another pipe end A" is made to be an ejecting part 2 of the ready-mixed concrete C. Further a tube shape is changed between both so that a cross section shape of the connecting part 1 may be circular and that the cross section shape of an ejecting part 2 side may be flat. A cross sectional area of the ejecting part 2 side is made to be about equal to or to be a little larger than the cross sectional area of the connecting part 1. A slit 5 for branching the ejecting part 2 side into right and left is formed following a tube axis direction at a middle position of each broad surface part 3 constituting the ejecting part 2 side.
