To provide a simple and inexpensive mounting structure in which a pull-handle can be easily attached/detached, and used for a window wiper and a scraper.

Only by pushing in a release operation button 28, an engagement claw 26 is inwardly bent and deformed to disengage an opening circumferential edge part 24, a pull-handle 16 can be drawn out of a mounting hole 22 of a door trim 12 and detached, and a glass can be wiped with a non-woven textile 32 and frost and ice deposited on the glass can be scraped by a scraper 34. Further, the pull-handle 16 after the use is inserted into the mounting hole 22 from the bottom side, pushed in before an outward flange 20 is abutted on the opening circumferential edge part 24, and attached into the mounting hole 22 in a non-detachable manner by the bending deformation and the restoration to the original shape of the engagement claw 26.
