This system is provided with a means for activating an attendance data input program provided in user terminal equipment 11 and inputting a user ID number, a means for discriminating a base to which a user belongs by the user ID number by the data file server 14 of the base to which the user terminal equipment 11 belongs, a means for registering attendance data inputted by the user to the data file server 14 of the present base in the case that the user belongs to the present base and a means for reconnecting the user terminal equipment 11 to the data file server 14 of the other pertinent base and registering the attendance data inputted by the user to the data file server 14 of the other base thereafter in the case that the user belongs to the other base.
