Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate illegal use of the IC card that each employee bears and to accurately grasp the company attendance state of each employee by securely detecting the IC card being stolen or illegally used. SOLUTION: An attendance managing device 3 generates a password code which is effectively only on the day, and the password code, etc., of the IC card 4 that each employee bears is updated every day through the terminal device 7 arranged at the home of the employee; when the employee passes through a employee-only entrance, an exit device 8 reads information out of the IC card 4 that each employee carries and the attendance managing device checks whether or not the information includes the password code which is effective only on that day.
