User terminals to be used by employees, a superior terminal to be used by the superior of these employees, a company terminal and a server for storing data inputted from these respective terminals are connected by a network. The server is operated by application software (internally having a collation means) for operating the attendance managing system. A holiday report or attendance condition applied from a subordinate can be referred to/ approved only by the superior having a prescribed password number. Besides, when a date approved to acquire a holiday and contents are different when the subordinate is to periodically apply the attendance condition, the caution of no coincidence is issued so that the subordinate can correct these contents and can perform the application again. Therefore, the attendance condition or holiday acquisition condition can be left as exact data at all the time.
