To provide an attendance verification system which performs comparison, using biological information, based on the bodies of students for accurately verifying student identifications and perform attendance verification for lectures.
In the attendance verification system, a wireless tag information reader 131 reads information on a student number 251 from a wireless tag 801 of a student ID that a student holds to the reader, when he enters a classroom, and then a main data server 107 performs configuration processings to add entering or leaving room histories 336. Vein image information, transmitted from a vein image photographing apparatus 312, is compared with the biological information 258, and information on biological check, when entering or leaving room 335 is updated, corresponding to comparison processing results. In attendance verification processing, the entering and leaving room histories 336 of all classroom entering and leaving information 330 corresponding to information on year, month and day, which is transmitted with the year, month and day that are indicated by the entering and leaving room times 334, are extracted, and attendance verification processing is performed by using lecture information 310.
