Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly put in or take out a content while the upper end edge of a lateral gusset does not interfere with the content at the time of putting in or taking out, in a bag body with a zipper made of a synthetic resin, being equipped with a lateral gusset.
SOLUTION: For a bag body 1 being equipped with a zipper made of a synthetic resin, a male and female engaging type zipper 3 is provided on the internal side of an opening part 2. Then, by folding front and rear 2 sheets of body part films (1a), (1b) of the bag body 1, into a V-shape to form 2 sheets of lateral gussets 4 respectively, on both sides of the body part films (1a), (1b), in such a manner that the length dimension may be the one by which the upper end edge may be located under the zipper 3. Then, the upper end edge of the V-shaped lateral gusset 4 is bonded so as to be closer to the respective internal surfaces of the front and rear of the two sheets of the body part films (1a), (1b) with a seal tape 8 which has a thermal bondability with the internal surfaces of the front and rear body part films (1a), (1b) and the internal surface of the lateral gusset 4, and of which the internal surfaces have a thermal bondability to each other. At the same time, the end edge of the lateral gusset 4 including the seal tape bonding part being joined is bonded. By doing so, the lateral gusset for which the two V-shapes are made a W-shape, and which is folded into a W-shape at both sides of the bag body 1, is formed.
