Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attic structure of a housing complex that suppresses spreading of fire between residential units for certain.SOLUTION: A housing complex includes a plurality of second-floor residential units 22 lined up in a lateral direction, and a second-floor corridor extending in a direction of the second-floor residential units 22 that line up and leading to each of the second-floor residential units 22. In a roof part 13, a residential unit attic space 46 of each of the second-floor residential units 22 is formed above a living space of each of the second-floor residential units 22. In the roof part 13, a corridor attic space 51 is formed above the second-floor corridor. The adjacent residential unit attic spaces 46 are partitioned by an attic space boundary wall 49. An attic space partition wall 53 is installed between each of the residential unit attic spaces 46 and the corridor attic space 51. The attic space partition wall 53 partitions each of the residential unit attic spaces 46 from the corridor attic space 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
