For partial tiles with which a house is roofed, a tile is created in which a ventilation passage is provided in such a manner that rain water is unlikely to be infiltrated. A shape memory alloy spring which is shrunk in response to a temperature change is utilized for a part of the ventilation passage to mount a ventilation metal fitting which has a function for opening a cover by shrinking a spring part when an air temperature around the spring part is high, and for closing the cover by extending the spring part, on the other hand, when the air temperature around the spring part is low. A tile with the metal fitting mounted therein is disposed in a part of general tiles without the ventilation passage.
